Blade (movie) vs the Defenders and Black Sky (netflix)

-Blade only gets his sword but it is unbreakable

- they fight where Blade had his final fight with Nomak

- they start surrounding Blade on all sides 15ft apart

- everyone has basic knowledge and team gets their standard gear

-no guns

- Yes Danny gets chi

Win by death or incapacitation. Yes Blade is willing to kill

Can the day walker end the defenders and the hope of the hand?

R1- Blade vs just the defenders

R2- Blade vs just black sky

R3- Blade vs Defenders and Black sky

Blade is obviously their clear superior....but he's no teambuster.

If Blade uses his vampire bite, the fights could be over quickly. Doubt it would work on Luke, and he would have to grab them to do so

@ithemanwithoutfeari: why is adding black sky such a big deal for the team? Blade can sweep I think. He tanked a lot of damage against dracula and was just fine

I feel like 1 and 3 will go to team.... He's strong against multiple fodder, but I don't see him as a team buster.

He's the fastest here and his striking power is no joke and he's just as skilled as anyone here. He can knock off the humans and even things up until he can snatch the win imo. Luke and Black sky are the toughest but Black sky is NOTHING compared to Nomak or Dracula. And he should be able to wear Luke down after a while

Neither Nomak or Dracula have skin as tough as Luke Cage's, considering both were penetrated, and Dracula was penetrated with a needle. 3.) Taking on a team of vampires isn't the same as taking on a team of martial artists, they don't die from contact with silver

How fast is Danny?

R1- Blade vs just the defenders - Team in a close one

R2- Blade vs just black sky - Blade

R3- Blade vs Defenders and Black sky - Team wins decisively

When he focuses he seems faster, like when he fought Luke the first time but he's no bullet timer.

I never said you did @normanbjj but others that were tagged did. And Blade can hit harder than Elektra who's hits hurt Luke. He'd be able to knock him out after a hard fight imo and that's why I gave him an unbreakable sword

@nyhybrid89: his fist is all over the place. Blade will fatally injure him before it comes to that I'm sure because everyone here has basic knowledge. Plus Danny won't use that because the shockwave will harm his teammates inn the process

Only real threat here is like and that's only due to his durability the rest don't have the speed or durability to deal with blade he's too fast for them and too strong for Danny n Matt the vampires he beats are fodder but those fodder all have better stats than the team

She solo'd a poisoned/drugged Luke Cage, that was barely standing.

I also didn't say he couldn't beat them, I had a question about the sword's metal.

Unbreakable or not, Titanium or Adamantium/Vibranium?

@rockette: the sword is just unbreakable. But he can physically handle Luke same as Elektra

With an unbreakable but still Titanium sword, Blade incapacitates or kills the lot of them... except Luke Cage.

That's where the real fight is.

When it's just the 2 of them left standing, and Luke's friends and allies are all dead or dying, he's gonna flip his shit, and the sword Blade has isn't cutting Cage.

This is gonna be a scrap!

Blade is faster & more skilled, true.

Luke Cage is stronger and waay more durable.

Given the arena they are fighting in, and with Luke Cage not holding back anymore (why would he at this point?!), I give Blade maybe 50/50 odds here.

If/when Cage gets his hands on Blade, this could end quick... and ugly.

So...

R1 - Blade has less than a 50% chance of victory here.

R2 - Blade has a high % chance to beat/kill Elektra.

R3 - Blade has even less of a % chance than in R1 to win.

@rockette: I can respect that opinion. But Blade is superior to Elektra who harmed Luke, even when not drugged, so Blade can replicate that.

@theawesomeflashsandiego32: Danny has the best speed feat of dodging a bullet after it's fired (some conflicting opinions there though) but his combat feats make it clear he is not in Blade' s bracket. He is a glass cannon. Maybe 3rd fastest here after Black Sky and Daredevil

Blade. If he is health, full on blood, and not holding back, kills them.

Luke lasts the longest, but he gets picked apart.

Round 1: Blade. Black Sky was able to handle all of the Defenders at once while unarmed. Blade is comparable physically and in skills while being more agile, and is more lethal with a sword.

Round 2: Blade. He fought the enhanced Frost and Drake in sword fights, either of whom are comparable to Black Sky.

Round 3: Blade. The addition of Black Sky just makes it a tougher fight, but still doable.

Depends on how much focus Danny puts into his chi. He can one shot Blade and its over.
