Its a nice scan, but it doesn't make Blackbolt the winner of this fight. He doesn't automatically use his voice, he does actually fight once in awhile. There are alot of other factors besides Blackbolts voice. WWH just walked off one of those attacks and depending on how powerful Bb went, Herc could to.

In the latest issue of Incredible Herc (Spoilers) Ares (the god of war) onloads on him with Hydra's blood filled Hollow Points. And it did nothing but piss him off.

I see what you're saying, G. But the first time BB used the scream on Hulk, he knocked him out cold. In WWH, the scream that Hulk shrugged off was not from the real BB. That was a Skrull.

Well, when that BB used the Scream against WWH, and it didn't hurt, it confused the hell outta me. And when I found out that BB was a Skrull, I assumed that the real one would have a stronger scream. I mean, he used it on Hulk for the first time and put him on his back with it. But, because the Skrull BB couldn't, I assumed that his Skrull didn't have the same powerful effect as the genuine one.

I assumed it was because WWH had been turned into a badass, but what your saying makes sense. I don't know enough about the Skrulls to say for sure. But I still say he doesn't automatically scream at people, he does throw down which opens up alot of possibilities.

I'm just saying that we don't know when they started invading, for what we know it could have been after world war hulk.

We can assume that the scream was weaker because he was a skrull but we can also assume that maybe it was the real Black Bolt against a hulk that had a big power-up. It can be both of them, but considering what Hulk accomplished in world war hulk I would think is the second one tough, I may be wrong

No, he would get knocked out. The BB that knocked out WWH was a Skrull. It wasn't the genuine BB that knocked out the Hulk with the scream back in the day. If the scream can topple the Hulk, why can it not do the same for Herc?
