Black Panther. Superior physiology and fighting skill. Haven't seen Nighthawk beat anything like Panther. Panther has beaten opponents on par with Nighthawk though.

I wouldn't really call it a fight. Cap knocked his head off in one panel and never heard from him again in the entire series.
