Cap outmatches her physically no questions asked so round 1 goes to him, but she can beat him if she uses her cry immediately.

Cap round 1 and round 2 should be interesting but I think Cap is gonna take it again

Can Cap use his shield to block the cry?

No, I don't think the shield would stop her cry. Captain America would beat her anyway. He'd be jacked up for a bit, then he'd be deaf, and put her down quick.

Round 1 is a no brainer

R1: Cap low-medium difficulty

R2: Black Canary due to her scream. Steve won't get a chance to counterattack without leaving himself wide open.

Cap should win round 1, but not without a solid fight

Round 2, cry wins it for Canary, assuming she's willing to use it. Even if it doesn't put him down immediately, it'll at least weaken him enough for her to win

Could caps shield block her cry? I feel like it should

1. Steve. Would be a great fight.

2. Dinah. Once she realizes Steve is superhuman, she won't hesitate to use the Canary Cry.

Yes he can since it has elements of vibranium it should be more than enough to stop the scream from affecting him.
