This is an easy one, Storm and Phoenix.

Storm strikes Black Bolt with lightning and he screams in pain...world destroyed....

Storm and Phoenix but with little help from Storm.Storm could probably do some damage to Blackbolt but she can't really hurt Crystal.

Storm and Phoenix would win. Phoenix would be doing most of the damage though

Storm and Phoenix. But they have a fight. Phoenix takes on BlackBolt, being just one level below her telekinetic level. THen Storm takes on her elemental type. They go all out on each other. Storm and Phoenix are left standing but barely through willpower.
