Black Alice can only absorb their powers, and they would have much more experience with them.

but Black Alice is not limited to absorbing the powers of those present. She has been know to absorb powers from a variety of individuals all over the world and use them on a fight. E.G when she was confronted by the Birds of Prey and Cheetah, Dr Faust and Tahlia Al Ghul, she summoned Wonder Woman. When she was throwing a tantrum at Scandal Savage she summoned the Demon Etriggan. None of those people were anywhere near at the time.

The only shot the team would have is if they sneak up on her.
