Battle takes place in a heavily populated large city.

I think Black adam would win because the heros would be worried about civilians dying. Adam is not afraid of a cheap shot kill.

Underestimates the JSA characters. I see quite a few powerful characters above Black Adam on their own.

Adam did take out the Justice League before so I don't think it'd be too easy of a battle for the JSA

Just to be clear, that picture in the OP is not the JSA, it's the Justice Society Infinity (basically the JSA of a different universe). Still, the title of the thread leads me to believe the OP wanted that pic to serve as a stand-in for the regular JSA.

In any case, any universe's Spectre solos.
