Magneto, for the many and varied reasons he wins most fights. Not to mention that Bishop now has a cybernetic arm twice the size of his body (see Cable #1).

Well, Magneto does'nt need Metal, He can actually drain the Iron in your blood stream.

This wouldn't be a curbstomp. Bishop absorbs energy used against him and that includes Magneto. During the Fatal Attractions series, Magneto was holding the Xmen with his powers and Bishop absorbed it. Magneto would win because he doesn't need to use his power directly at Bishop. Once Bishop is drained of any power, then he would be at Magneto's mercy.

Yeah, it would. Because Magneto can also control matter, including Bishop's body. How is Bishop going to absorb energy if Magneto has ripped him in half as he did the to member of the Neo sent to kill him in Even of Destruction, or puts an I-Beam through his chest?

Magneto simply has to many options of attack open to him, and his shields are strong enough to withstand anything Bishop throws against him, for Bishop to have even the slightest chance in this fight.

Magneto.. he can attack Bishop passively but in full force, so even before Bishop's mutant power can pick up his body will already been beaten to death.
