No He Isnt. But Birdman's powers Drain rather Rapidly... he needs Direct Sunlight to keep his Powers Up...Space Ghost does not... and SG's extra powers would trump the Birdman...
But Space Ghost doesn't rely on solar power and he can fly in space unaided. One is a Lawyer, the other is a Talk Show host. Neither can seem to get laid and both of their lackies betray them pretty much every episode. However Space Ghost doesn't hold back when punishing Zorak.
