Human Torch has a good chance of winning but in character, he might get distracted by Barda's attractiveness due to how Johnny gets when he sees a beautiful lady, and seeing how Barda reacts when any other man hits on her, she lets her preserve go and gets aggressive with them.
Now Barda has already shown that fire doesn't really harm her in JLA: Primeval #68 (Aint letting me post the scans) in pages/scans 11-15 when her, Kyle Rayner, And Wally are confronted by the Disciple and uses his Primordial Staff on them with a heat energy blast affecting Kyle and Wally but not Barda. She then fought in the lava just fine. Now the problem here is that Johnny isnt just going to be attacking her with her normal fire blasts, he will begin using his technique were he can burn the oxygen out of her once he realized normal fire blasts aint the way but knowing how well situated Barda is for any scenario, she can blast him with the Mega Rod.
Johnny roasts her tbh. The "simp" argument sounds decent on paper but people tend to forget that Johnny's matured a lot since the 60's and isn't quite as distracted. Lava is also not a comparison to his hotter temperatures, as well as the fact that he can do a LOT more than that with his powerset if need be.
