Well Andromeda has powers as per a Daxamite, so similar in level and scope to those of Superman. Although Big Barda has vast superhuman strength and other superhuman attributes, they are not on the same level as a Daxamite, particularly her reaction and movement speed. Her armour will augment her superhuman durability but Andromeda's heat vision would prove deadly to Barda. The Mega Rod can project massively powerful energy blasts but I don't think that it is strong enough to worry a Daxamite. Barda is the better warrior however.
