Tough one, I'd say passive melting is greater than what Natsu achieved though.

I mean google says glass. That's thread. That is also far from natsu's best evaporation feat.

I'm actually happy you pointed this out because weapons are quite clearly amped by Haki in all around stats like Shanks blocking Akainu's kill shot to Colby with his own sword. And I have multiple scans that state or show this.

But nope. But people well try to use these weapon moments as anti-feats or "inconsistencies"

Passively melting steel sword looks more impressive. But how is the guy holding the sword doesn't have a scratch on him if it's passive? Or maybe some lava got to the sword and it wasn't passive?

Nothing proves that fodder coated his sword in haki. Not like it's that impressive anyways.

Akainu vaped steel whilst not touching whereas Natsu melted glass while in contact with it. You do the maths

Which means he used Haki to amp his sword. Which goes back to my whole point of people trying to low ball One Piece with weapons as if they have a set speed, power, durability or whatever.

I have multiple scans that prove this. Shanks sword not melting is just another add on to that list

Did you not see the two feats being compared? What you're talking about has nothing to do with this thread.

If you want my answer, neither feat is all that impressive. If you want actual good heat feats bring up Akianu Punk Hazard feat or Natsu Collosuem feat.

He obviously has a much much higher ceiling then this as does Natsu.
