Well based on version of Thawne he might be faster but could he do much damage to bill or Thor makes it more fair if he faces both. I'd say if his vibrating hand can hurt them it's a stomp if not then he'd have to be the new 52 version sense he now has both his and zooms (Hunter Zolomon) powers. Which in that case he could probably do all sorts of stuff to then don't know

if throwing them into sin is considered BFR sense it's could kill them but he could also age them to death or do a foxsilver style punch yourself.

Zoom is considerably faster than Flash tho, BRB has very little speed wise to speak of.
