Ha, so many variables, including whether you believe Kenobi was stronger or weaker after his time on Tatooine.
I'm inclined to say Snoke wins through the Force, especially TK, but maybe a greater overall Force mastery/understanding, given his unusual powers. I think Ben could deal with the Force lightning though. I don't remember what TK feats old Ben may have outside the movies.
But maybe Ben gains the ultimate win by becoming more powerful in the Force once he is struck down?
Snoke dominates with Force TK. Age clearly had a effect on Kenobi's ability to duel as well as his stamina. Granted, you could argue he was stronger in terms of skill or whatnot, but I wouldn't say he could beat Snoke, nor would it be a very close fight.
Snoke is more powerful, but I think people are underestimating Kenobi. Vader didn't ragdoll him and was very cautious when fighting him and he three shot Maul. I would still probably back Snoke, but if Kenobi holds his ground with his force defense, he can close the distance and cut Snoke down.

This.
Personally I believe that Kenobi grew in the Force but declined in Sabers. Unfortunately ffor Snoke, if Vader cannot ragdoll Kenobi, neither cant either, and his Lightsaber can counter virtually anything else. Kenobi should win near every time. Snoke doesnt have the feats against Masters to pull this off.
@professorrespect: now I am not the biggest Star Wars person out there Average fan so I don’t get why Snoke is seen that powerful he got cut in half and did not really do anything again I am a average fan so I don’t know the lore or if he done anything out side the movies beside getting cut in half

Snoke's considered really powerful because of his mega good connection to the force: as in, being able to casually ragdoll multiple talented force users with ease and dominate them. He only lost because he was stupid enough to let them tag him.
By implication, he should be pretty up there.
@professorrespect: ok thanks for braking it down for me I see what you mean

No prob
Bump, poll results and actual answers seem to be very different.
Since the dawn of times
Force users are glass cannons they can be overpowers in the use of force but they are still very fragile.
In a specific context a weak character can kill a sith lord or a powerful jedi and If a character is hit by a lightsaber without any form of defense he will probably be killed or badly injured or have some limb torn out.
In a Star wars thread the most powerful will probably be the favorite but it is not a rule. The opponent can overcome this disadvantage in power using skill, gadges (bounty hunters do it) and strategy for example Grieovus defeats jedis by taking advantage of his cybernetic body and forcing a duel and not allowing the jedi to abuse the force.

With Legends, that's not really the case, but with canon, yeah.
Smoke, while a powerful force user, isn't a fighter. He could dominate anyone not a jedi counsel member level. Kenobi finds a way around the force lighting and bisects him again.
Snoke was able to casually overpower a Dyad-amped Ben and Rey (both of whom even as of TLJ have some of the best raw force feats in canon) and has been stated to be in the same league of force prowess as Sideous. I don't see why he doesn't just ragdoll Kenobi and be done with it.
