So death battle robbed Ben in more ways than one. With Hal Jordan being a huge energy based opponent it would make sense in an actual battle Ben would use his energy manipulating aliens Chromostone and feedback... but of course he doesn’t in the Death Battle. So if Ben would use only Chromostone and Feedback how would he fair in a fight with Hal Jordan?
Ben 10 (chromostone and feedback) vs Hal Jordan
Hal could blitz Feedback whose a glass cannon but not Chromastone whose tanky and can phase through energy attacks irc.
There is nothing Hal can do against Chromastone since all of Hal's abilities are energy or hardlight based.
Punching Chromastone won't work either because Hal's physical punches are enhanced by hardlight. Also throwing stuff at Chromastone won't work because he can fly and keeping distance won't work because his energy absorption is star system range
@contingency: feedback held the Big Bang.....
Feedback is the strongest in energy absorption but he's vulnerable to a speed blitz.
Chromastone is only better to fight Hal because he's more durable and can fly. (Also has absorbed energy from across a star system)
@syntix: Yup, the only thing Hal could do to counter is speed blitz.
If he doesn't speed blitz he loses to Feedback, if he does speed blitz he loses to Chromastone
@contingency: how is he vulnerable to speed blitz? If he can withstand the energy of the Big Bang how is the force of Hal’s fists regardless of speed gonna hurt him? He’s not dishing out universal+ level punches
@supermanthor: except he shouldn’t be able to. Alien X is vastly above Hal
@supermanthor: lol hal in that db was a composite lantern. Excessive power up in the extreme. I guess there logic was sound tho
@soothing_sounds: that sounds lame
@soothing_sounds: Hal had composite strength but for some reason Ben had composite weaknesses. He had access to all his aliens which implies master control is unlocked but yet he’s still accidentally turning into grey matter and not auto-transforming when he’s about to die? Hal won only because they massively massively changed Ben. Like why is Alien X throwing hands when he could blink Hal out of existence or why couldn’t Alien X FOLLOW Hal back in time? They really bent stuff around on this one
@firestarlord73194: Feedback got blitz by Malware irc in their first fight, idk to scale Feedbacks reflexes or durability to universe level yet cause he's consistently been tagged and hurt by less
Altho we do know Feedback's energy absorption is unrivaled
@supermanthor: You thought that was bad. Him disintegrating three clones of Alien X with just powering up was beyond absurd. They are not shadow clones that turn to smoke after a hit.
They apparently used some silver age feats for Hal. That version was ridiculous enough to face Ben 10 at his prime. But standard versions Ben should have won. As for the video Waybig/Ultimate Waybig should have been capable of KOing Hal.
@allstarsuperman: Regular way big lift jump gate in alien which was heavier than the moon Ultimate way put down diagon who was size of a planet ......before shrinking his size of course...
@allstarsuperman: They screwed up tho in the Chromastone counter argument, they said Hal can reabsorb his energy yes but he re-absorbed it back from low tiers enemies (in the silver age example) not planetary and universal plus energy absorbers.
