Beast (OT) and Beast (RT) Vs. MCU Black Panther and Spider-Man

Both X-Men movie versions of Beast against the Marvel Cinematic Universe versions of Black Panther and Spider-Man. Setting is the place where Spider-Man had his final fight with Green Goblin in the 2002 Spider-Man movie. Everyone is in-character. Who wins?

I disagree that Black Panther is MVP. Spider-Man has better strength feats, and he's no worse in durability. Not saying MCU Panther's not good, but in my mind Spidey's even more powerful overall.

Interesting. I think piercing damage will be more damaging (from T'Challa) but I get what you mean, I think Peter will put up a good fight with either Beast as well.
