I  haven't been reading batwing but I'm pretty sure neither have feats to be black panther, especially in the prep department.

Ithink other than flight, I haven't really seen him pull out anything Batman wouldn't have. Tasers, Lasers, grapples, batarangs, liquid nitrogen. Both characterse seem to be ok taking a shit tone of punishment though, especially Massacre. That guy has been shot and electrocuted way too many times to be alive

Haven't been reading the Batwing series but I know that neither Batwing or Massacre have shown anything that impressive for us to think that they can stop T'Challa.

Massacre and Batwing are both exceptional fighters that could give Panther a run for his money if they worked together. Batwing is a genius, but not nearly on the level of Panther; however, he has Batman, who is smarter than Panther on comm. BP gadgets are ten times better than Batwing's. I see BP winning.
