Well in that case... Team 2 wins here easy. Loki could beat Lex or the Joker easy while Magneto battles with Sinestro... Doom could handle either Lex or The Joker too... the only real threat on Team 1 is Sinestro

The only one of value on the DC team is Sinestro, but Loki and Doom should be able to beat him. Adding Mags is just unfair. Not really much of a debate :P
Well Sinestro is better than Magneto but not by much.
Lex on the other hand is toast because Magneto could rip his suit appart with a thought and Joker is similarly helpless to actually harm anybody on the other team.
So really the question is what did Sinestro ever do to you to have him face three top notch marvel villains on his own?
