Strange is already canon above Wanda in the MCU. So is he above Mysterio as well.

The fight will come down to Magneto and Strange. I am not sure who would win that one.

Well...honestly, it depends on where they are when they start, how close they are together, etc.

Wanda, Strange, and Magneto can oneshot the rest in theory.

Mysterio is....really a wild card. But with full drone tech...he could "one" shot too.

Strange is likely the winner, since NYC is his home town, he has BFR skills, and has very strong defenses. He would beat all three individually I believe. He turned Gauntlet attacks into butterflies (or something akin to that) in Infinity War, so all of the metal Magneto could throw at him could in theory be deflected.

If we use Magneto's older self as an example of power limits, in Days of Future Past, he is not able to deflect everything...

I am kinda rambling I know, because it really has the potential to be an impressive fight.

Honestly Strange takes it, but it is by a slim margin. I would say 4/10 for Strange, 1/10 Mysterio, 3/10 Magneto, 2/10 Wanda.
