Geralt of Rivia vs Kraven the Hunter
Or how about Geralt vs Talion?
You'd need to nerf Tallion in order to prevent a tele-blitz most likely
Well, it could be with limited stuff, or certain rules like no speedblitz.

@heirtothekingdom: Deadpool vs Dakon? would that be fair?
To be honest, I only know about Deadpool, not so much Dakon (you mean Daken?), so I couldn't say.
Alright. And I misspelled his name, my B
@blackestnight93: I'll still do the battle though, what's the worst that can happen.

could ask Warlockmage about Daken. He's the resident Wolvie fanboy
@lubub55: again, that's only certain warcheifs. They all have special attributes to them, like some of them can't be stealthed, and whatnot. Game mechanics really
For them to be able to counter, Talion's blade would have to start outside of them but ready to strike after teleportation. It at least proves that the Shadow Strike isn't an insta-win.

I already said he slashes as he's coming out of the teleportation.
Tallion actually slashes as he comes out of his teleportation
My GIF actually shows this perfectly, so does yours. I also never said it was an insta win

Characters like Imlerith and Caranthir also do this, and they were both defeated by Geralt.

You said that the ability would need to be removed in order to prevent a blitz.

But has Geralt reacted to them as they've done it? As in block or dodge?
You said that the ability would need to be removed in order to prevent a blitz.
Eh, true. I still think you would, unless I see feats that Geralt could react to it
Here Imlerith repeatedly teleports behind Geralt with his mace in mid-swing, and every one of his hits are dodged.
And Olgierd Von Everec can do the shadow dash thing to cross distances, and he actually used it in combat, as opposed to Talion only starting fights with it.
He's also beaten Dettlaff, who is so fast that he appears to teleport, which is shown by him keep showing up behind Geralt mid-combat without us seeing him move there, and the same thing has happened in a cutsence.
Not only this, but magic is negated by Yrden. If Geralt creates a circle with it, Talion won't be able to teleport inside.
@lubub55: first 2 are pure gameplay.... they don't prove anything that I asked . that linked video doesn't support your assertion either. Detlaff teleports a few feet away, then slashes at Geralt, hardly the same thing Tallion does. You show him using it in the same way Tallion does in that last GIF, but he didn't do it at all in the video you linked, it's pretty clear....
Also, how would he know to cast a yrden circle right off the bat? In a standard match, he wouldn't have any knowledge on Tallion.
@heirtothekingdom: Roku (Angelina From Valiant Comics) V.S. Psylocke (Braddock from Marvel comics)?
@heirtothekingdom: Ronan vs Mandarin.
