He has direct scaling over Malgus, and he can be argued to be more powerful than the entire brotherhood of darkness who could destroy a planet together.

If by respective peak you mean SF Malak (which I assume you do), then he should have this.

I don't want to speak on behalf of the OP. But I would assume 'respective peak' would include the Star Forge in Malak's case.
