Well, Spidey's basically a nonfactor here because all he's got is superhuman agility, spider-sense, webbing, and super strength. I'm sorry, but Sentry would probably be able to just one-shot Spidey, and then it's 3 on 4. Although I think Cyclops would probably be able to at least take out Gambit, if not Gambit and Longshot, quite early in the battle, evening out the odds more. Still, Sentry is about as powerful as WWH, and WWH took on basically the entire list of Marvel heroes without losing. I'd say that Sentry by himself gives Team 2 a halfway decent shot at winning regardless of the rest of them.

Sentry could go toe-to-toe with World War Hulk. World War Hulk beat Ms. Marvel, even when she attacked with a bunch of other people. Thor is pre-Ragnarok Thor, so he doesn't have Odin's power, and he was equivalent of Herc in battle back then. Herc stood no chance (said it himself) against World War Hulk. This leads us back to Sentry being able to go toe-to-toe with World War Hulk. Etcetera etcetera.

I don't know anything about Quasar myself, I'm just going on the whole Sentry angle and Thor's lack of Thor Force. With the Thor Force, however, I'd probably agree with you on it being Team One (Red Hulk 5 was PIS).

Quasar himself is pretty powerful... he could probably take Ms. Marvel in a good fight. Sentry is key for team 2 to win though

Quasar is like a Green Lantern but more powerful in my opinon. Much More

So far the new Quasar has not demonstrated feats anywhere near the level of her predecessor.
In theory Ms Marvel should be able to absorb Quasar's energy blasts or even the energy that makes up Quasar's energy constructs (and that includes her force field).
You could view the battle this way, at least at the start.

Your right, the new Quasar hasn't shown to be a powerful, but since she has the same Quantum Bands, I assumed she should be capable of the same feats.
