Team 1 because Helena is a weak link, but Catwoman could arguably take either of them tbh. She can defintely give them a solid fight.

I haven't seen him fighting Iron Fist, and I'm pretty sure he's already established as inferior to Cap.

Batroc can't stalemate Cap or Danny but he's given both of them good to great fights. I don't believe Catwoman can take him.

The point is moot since Helena could try to tag either opponent, miss and accidentally KO Selina. She's that incompetent.

Still he has fought Captain America enough to make them roughly comparable and here's some other feats :

1.One shots Hawkeye

2.Holds his own against Wolverine
