Batman with Justice Buster vs Punisher with Hulkbuster

I don't know if it's actually called "Hulkbuster" or not, but I wasn't able to find any other name for the suit Punisher used to fight Red Hulk, so that's what I'm going with.

Fight takes place in downtown London.

Who wins and why?

JB stomps hard

Batman should win. I doubt Punisher's mech has any notable feats.

I have to go with the JB, because I'm unaware of Frank's feats with that.

@adriusus: No one cares because the Justice Buster is stylish as hell, Frank would probs get out of his suit and beg Batman for classess in styling.

What did Punisher do with this mech?

If what Frank was using had the stats of a regular Hulkbuster, then I'd say he would win.

The problem with the Justice Buster is that it's a direct counter to the N52 Justice League- which Frank obviously isn't. Most of the weaponry on that mech (like the Red Sun Gauntlets or the slip stuff that Batman used against Flash) is basically useless. Bruce would be better off getting out of it and disabling Frank's machine and thus beating him via incap in the process.

@jashro44: He had a pretty good fight with Red Hulk. He even won due to a vibranium knife.

If it has red hulk level stats I think it wins.

Didn't JB WRECK the entire bloodlusted JL? Including bloodlusted Flash, WW, Aquaman AND Superman before breaking? I mean Hulkbuster usually fails to take care of the Hulk alone. You can hardly compare these two.
