Sounds legit. I know many feel MGS characters beside Cyborg Raiden are "Well below" Marvel or DC characters. Im legit curious if by logic who the majority thinks wins now in this day and age.

Well what do we know. Vamp has superhuman physicals? So does Bane, yet Batman beat him with a head butt. Lady Shiva has move reading, yet Batman has one shotted her before. Vamp is bringing nothing new to the table for Bruce, while Vamp himself doesn't have any feats against a superhero. Obviously Batman has got this, easy.

@wewlad80: Remember that time Batman punched harder than a bazooka? Yeah, wimpy Solid Snake needs missiles to drop a Metal Gear, Batman could do it with his bare hands.

Pretty sure Weyland is being sarcastic Allstar. He knows the BS of Batman existing in DC somehow overides anyone in MGS who never existed in DC universe logic that people use.

Batman dies a horrible, terrible and painful death. I think a case could be made Batman vs a lot of MGS characters but Vamp aint one.

This is a horrible fight. Batman stands utterly no chance against Vamp, at best he's going to parry a few slices while on the backpedal with insane difficulty before being overwhelmed, and only sheer damage soak can possibly make this fight last. Vamp is a downright effortless bullet timer, is way more advanced in martial arts, and has the strength to turn steel into playdough and match Raiden. Street levelers are not on par with MGS characters, that series is more like a crazy anime in terms of battle powers, let alone what Solid Snake himself would do to Batman.

You're pitting a detective against radical metahumans and super soldiers. Yeah Batman is a great fighter and has more than a couple high end showings, but none of those actually matter. Look at the most standard version of the character. Give Batman some prep and he can outwit any character in the Metal Gear series, even Ocelot. But head-to-head is not Batman's game to win against a metahuman.

MGS 2 Vamp is debatable, but MGS 4 Vamp definitely wins

Actually this batman has fought vampires in the past if its the one i can remember, not only that but weaker less experienced versions of him have taken on vampire like or full on vampire creatures. One version of him was able to take on vampires and trick dracula. Regulaar batman has also fought beings with super strength speed agility and even more abilities finding ways to take them down such as hitting killer croc's lower nose with a full on strike. Considering that vamp is an experience fighter he would prove a challenge for batman to face off against if he hasn't got the weaknesses of an ordinary vampire. If he did have them batman already knows ways on how to beat him with those weaknesses as he has fought armies of vampires before, though super man did help during the fights he was still able to hold his own against the blood thirsty rabid vamps.

Vamp isn't actually a vampire... He just has a taste for blood, but even then the Vamp name is a nod to the fact he's bisexual. You could say he share's abilities similar to vampire though.

Vamp is on an entirely new level from the beings Batman has faced. He's easily strong enough to put Raiden in a hold, fast enough to evade Solid Snake's eyesight. For reference here is Solid Snake in his old age was able to perceive and dodge a hyper-sonic rail-gun shot.

Considering that vamp is an experience fighter he would prove a challenge for batman to face off against if he hasn't got the weaknesses of an ordinary vampire. If he did have them batman already knows ways on how to beat him with those weaknesses as he has fought armies of vampires before, though super man did help during the fights he was still able to hold his own against the blood thirsty rabid vamps.

Vamp has no real weaknesses IIRC, he doesn't share any of a vampire either. Vamp can easily keep up with Raiden who is extremely skilled and versatile. In the end Vamp just has every physical advantage going for him.

@itchman: Vamp is not a Vampire. He is a man with Nanomachines that grant superhuman stats, and Deadpool level healing. He also has insane skill and abilities like move reading shadow binding, and able to walk on water.
