Scenario 1

Batman heard Tombstone has been antagonizing his rival's clubs in Jersey.

Morales on

Tombstone is unarmed

Batman has standard gear

Tombstone has street knowledge of Batman

Batman has read a brief NYPD file on Tombstone

Fight takes place in the Bada Bing strip club from The Sopranos TV show

Start ten feet away from one another, no one else in the club

Scenario 2

Tombstone moves to Gotham and robs a bank. He's held up in the museum.

Morales on

Tombstone has two Beretta handguns

Batman has standard gear

Tombstone has spoken in depth with the Penguin on Batman and his abilities

Batman has read a brief NYPD file on Tombstone

Fight takes place in the arsenal room Penguin has in Batman: Arkham City the video game

Tombstone has ten goons with Uzis patrolling the room. They are all ready for Batman but have no idea where he is

Batman starts in the entrance, and cannot destroy any part of the room. It is night time.

Scenario 3

Batman decides to break up a construction racketeering operation Tombstone is running. Except this time the mobster's ready.

Morales on

Tombstone has a Stoner 63 (machine gun) and two Beretta handguns

Batman has standard gear

Tombstone has spoken in depth with Penguin again

Batman has read a full NYPD dossier on Tombstone

Fight takes place in the Mile High Club construction site in GTA V (http://gta.wikia.com/wiki/Mile_High_Club)

There are twenty goons armed with Uzis, ten on the ground floor, five patrolling the whole building, and five at the top with Tombstone

Tombstone has five innocent hostages with him on the roof

Batman will start at the very bottom. It is night, and while the goons are ready for him with flashlights, they do not know when he will be there. He may destroy any part of the construction sight he wants, but cannot allow the hostages to be harmed. Total stealth required.

Could Batman defeat Tombstone in all of these challenges?

Scenario 1: Batman loses without prior knowledge of Tombstone. Also, Tombstone is too durable to be affected by his gear, too. Even Spider-Man had an issue with hitting him. Heck, Daredevil had to use a sledgehammer to knock him out.

Scenario 2: Batman could win with knowledge.

Scenario 3: Batman could win with knowledge.

@nefarious: Yup. Recently he got one shotted by Daredevil and overpowered and choke slammed by the Kingpin, with one arm. But at the same time, he is apparently still strong enough to beat Luke Cage (though this happened off screen).

Wow, so he is still the same. Jobbing is one heck of a annoyance.

Bruce all rounds given that he at least has basic knowledge of his invulnerability. Couple sonic and knockout gas pellets should do the trick.
