Batman vs The Scorpion (Marvel)

Round1: Scorpion is robbing a bank in Gotham as he ran away from Spider-Man and Batman has to interfere in order to stop him ASAP.

Round2: Scorpion finds out that there's another Superhero that he could attack, which is Batman in order to get his money so prepares to fight. Batman has a shorter preparation time as he just heard about a victim that Scorpion killed on his way to Waynetech.

Round3: Arena

Round4: Full Prep

Batman takes round 2, 4 rest go to Scorpion.

How much prep does Batman get? You need to specify how long he’s prepping for (1 hour, 1 day, 1 week) etc

Scorpion stomps the random encounters.

Bats wins round 4, loses the rest.

Batman only beats Spider-Man level Rogues with A good amount of Prep Time or Plot Devices/Armor.

That is how it should be and that is pretty much how it's always been. He gets obliterated in every Round aside from 4 IMHO.
