Batman vs. The national guard

The mayor of Gotham thinks Batman is too dangerous and working outside of the law. He calls the New Jersey national guard (new jersey is the estimated state Gotham is in). The National Guard evacuates most of the urban areas of the city but still allows the city and it's companies to stay and work. They start searching each ally, house, warehouse, complex, etc. Batman knows it's only a matter of time before they find him. They also block all bridges and anyway for Batman to escape

The national guard gets:

3,000 men

10 infantry fighting vehicles

and 10 transport helecopters

he gets all the vehicles and tech shown in the movies.

Win by holding out for 3 months

Who Wins?

@Clark_EL: WHAT are you serious? Batmans Tech > National Guards tech. Batman curbstomps them all. He's been in worse situations.

@comicace3: This is movie Batman, and there are a lot of national guard units (well for batman anyway).

@Clark_EL: Dude, he entered Gotham city when Bane said no one can enter or leave GC or I'll detonate the Nuclear Bomb.... He escaped Santa Prisca ( or whatever that prison is called) which was MILES away from GC, and still managed to get there. He had enough time to use a lot of lighter fluid and somehow put his own batsignal on that building ( I still don't know how that is possible). He got stabbed and pretty much walked it off. He escaped the blast radius of the Nuke. He's got this. And this is Bruce Wayne we are talking about! He'll survive.

You are the only person who thinks they can win and this is your thread. I understand that you don't want this to die so quickly, but this is not a good match-up.

i think batman can hold on for 3 months

National Guards eventually wins, Batman have no way of leaving Gotham according to OP's rule, and we knew he can't run and hide forever, especially against 1-3 battalions searching him.
