Marv has insane durability, and maybe the raw strength advantage, but Batman beats him everywhere else, plus he has his gear. Bruce wins.

i don't know about that, remember that training montage? He can hang strength wise and the underground fight club where he broke down the fighters weaknesses and tipped off the old fighter? He waaaaay outclasses marv in skill
