Since Norman is tough enough to go toe-to-toe with Spider-Man, kicking the hell out of him might be a bit difficult. He's very strong, his skin is effectively bulletproof, and his bombs and glider allow him to cause an enormous amount of destruction. He's like the Joker, only smarter, saner and seriously superhuman.

and i don't think a hook shot could pierce the glider

green goblin looks like joker abit batman would have abit hardtime with him, batman would win but how?
