Slade loses all rounds. He isn't as skilled as Arkham Bats and he doesn'f have equipment good enough to take out Batman. Batman has the durability feats and the equipment to put a hurt on Slade.

Slade is durable, but he's not durable enough to tank many hits from someone who is his superior.

If batman is allowed his batmobile which lm sure he is considering you said standard gear ,lm going to lgnore the fact batman has a lron man like suit built into the batmobile, lm going to go with bats on this one , l see batman capturing slade and bringing him in , but lm sure deathstroke would put up a good fight.
