Would be a good fight, but this is a dupe thread and it also depends on the fight.

Random Encounter Deadpool would most likely win.

Prep Batman would win.

beacuse if its not stated the locathion is a city, 25 ft apart, in character, random encounter, so in that case deadpool wins

Batman is a better martial artists than Deadpool, DP has better weapons but I think Bats should win here.

According to battle forum rules it would be most recent versions of each. Which would be New 52 Batman. Which may not have been done before. In other words, a new version of Batman vs. Deadpool. Also in default battle conditions, which is random encounter, 25 feet apart, morals on, in character, fighting to the best of their ability.
