I don't see how he wins. Prep isn't enough to win a battle especially since Bruce has no feats of taking down being like the Sliver surfer with prep. All his best prep feat had him using a weakness to his foe's biology. Which as far as I know the Surfer doesn't have a weakness like that.
How does Batman prepare something that Norrin can't sense or alter directly? And even if he does that, he has to prevent Silver Surfer from blitzing him
