Logically, Batman. Steve by feats.
How does the pillar stuff change the outcome? Steve is still way faster and more skilled, more durable and hits harder.

Based on the pillar throw Batman would definitely pack more force behind his fists and would be more durable. Being more skilled is debatable.
@subline: Because the pillar feat would logically apply to other aspects of his stats both IU and OOU. His body would need the durability to output such strength, and is likely intended to have comparable durability anyway. Also, while not applicable IRL, directors very often consider strength an important aspect of striking. Meaning Batfleck would hit very hard too. Give the pillar feat is far above Cap's strength, I don't see why his relatable attributes would not be at least above Cap.
Leaving skill and speed as his only advantage, which I don't think is enough.

But to what extent? Can you even quantify this, and would it even be that impressive?

Then why have they never shown Batfleck strike on this level?

Given the vast gap in strength, ye. In comparison to Cap at least.

Idk. They've never shown strength on this level without the Mech suit either. Perhaps it just never fit the scene. A lack of visual accuracy doesn't contradict it tho. He would need to blatantly fail to accomplish this, which he hasn't to my knowledge.

Obviously Captain America.
Hulk, who got stomped by Thanos, managed to effortlessly tear through bulletproof metal. Thanos, who was trying, got blocked by Captain America. That's a much better feat than the pillar feat.

Yes that is the common aspect here.
