Yep. But lets be real here... if this is a random encounter... BP and Bats wont just jump out with fire and sonic attacks... especially since Batman isnt too familiar with fighting Symbiotes

but venom can't beat joker because of useing carnage symbiote suit and carnage is way stronger then venom it's just now the symbiote went to the joker i don't thank venom can 't win well most of the time venom always get defeated by carnage.

also assuming that batman need preps time is just something that has always been lame, they guy plans for the unpected, and is a detective without peer, summing thing up in nano seconds.
If you tell me bm has no explosive device or item to use than that may be a maybe, but with bm or bp its not what they use, its how they use it for the setup(it all about the setup)

Good point but im gonna with the villans with this one. And its not for the fact that Venom and Carnage are two of my favorite Villans ever.
are we forgetting that joker just got the carnage symbiote, he can't control it fully so that means he can't use its full power which means that venom could pretened to go along with joker by beating bats and bp and then kill him easily

well do u think he got it six months ago or just now, he can't use it to its full potentiol so thats what happened
How good are symbiotes when it comes to powerful energy attacks? Black Panther's daggers are powerful, and with some adjustments in potency, they could (or might) clear a symbiote out of this fight. Also, T'Challa's agility should allow him to at least avoid a symbiote assault long enough to get a clear shot. With or without prep time, Black Panther just about always has his weapons with him. At least 1 of them could be effective here, unless of course I am somewhat mistaken. Another thing, with or without prep time, Black Panther is brilliant. He isn't going to be completely clueless about how to take out an enemy of Carnage's caliber. I use this because we are talking about a man who already has a backup plan for Galactus. Whether or not it would work is another argument, but the fact that he has one makes me think that he has already thought ahead of most of his fights. However, in the scenario that he absolutely does not have one, he still could find a way to take out carnage. In short, I don't think this is a completely one-sided fight.
Even if batman had no prep time he would figure out the symbiote weaknesses during the fight and exploit it, panther would help fight until batman finished the job.
