Batman wins with prep. Not much else to say.

Bruce should win pretty easily with prep

What has PS4 Spider-Man done?

Spider-man solos. He can easily make something in 3 hours. Can's say the same for Bruce.

Anything in the universe? Team Marvel borrows the Pym particles and shrinks team DC for good.

@ironbart: Peter has Parker particles. Which craps on all of that. Also, Bruce can't really use the hellbat since the op said that they can't use anything that involved sentient being help and Bruce needs the justice league help to get it. Hell, he needs the league's perssemion to use it.

Gonna have to go with my Marvel Boys on this one. Peter could likely use prep to gain larger advantage, but bat could use it to lay out better tactics. Still think Spider and Cap got the raw power to end this one.

@tanakaclinkenbeard: Do you have fears that show Parker can utlize it in 3 hours enough to make him powerful enough to beat batman tech.? If so you may have changed my mind.

As the op just said he/she was referring to people not suits when the op said no loving beings. The suit used to be in the watchtower but batman now has possession of it and can use it whenever he wants.Also Bruce has temporal grenades which slow down time and people .Bruce could throw one and just kill spidey with a gun while he's slowed down.
