Batman gets overpowered

Batman definitely loses. An ordinary soldier elbowed Bruce in the face and pushed him up against the inside of the truck during the Knightmare betrayal scene and one of the warehouse thugs stunned him with a kick to the face while another pulled him to the ground by the cape. In close quarters with the magnetic bracelets, stun rods, and sheer number of HYDRA agents, Bats just doesn’t have to striking power or room to use gadgets to defend himself before he gets overpowered.

Captain America has the striking power to one-shot any of the warehouse thugs plus his shield can take down multiple thugs at once similar to his fight with Klaue’s goons in Age of Ultron. The problem is that Steve is vulnerable to gunfire if he throws the shield and he cannot disable the guns like Bruce with those mini explosives. I say Cap clears the warehouse with minimal effort given the size of the fight area, his superior striking power, and the shield can handle the bulk of the firepower if he doesn’t throw it.

Batman gets run over. Hell Crossbones(Whats his name) has feats to suggest he could perform well against him ALONE. He gets cuffed instantly and it’s over.

Cap easily clears the warehouse. He’s cleared better.

The only reason Cap won the elevator fight was because of his enhanced strength. With those magnets, if Cap was just peak human it would have been gg. Batman is done for once the magnet is on him. Cap clears the warehouse with difficulty.

Batman isn't strong enough to bulldoze his way through the elevator goons or overpower the magnetic cuffs or tank repeated taser baton hits

Realistically, Cap gets shot in the warehouse. The one thing Bruce did before fighting the thugs was disable their guns. Even then he got shot in the head and didn't die only because of his armoured cowl. Cap isn't bulletproof nor does he have an armoured suit. Realistically he gets shot. But of course with movie magic where goons don't shoot him, he can clear

Nobody's physically competing with Batman even with the magnets and he's more than fast enough to drop most of the people inside before they get a chance to use them.

Cap gets filled with holes but if you bumped the number of people with rifles to 1 or 2 and gave everyone else knives and pistols he'd clear

Cap’s steamrolled groups of gunmen dozens of times but people think this warehouse will be the one for some reason. He clears with ease

Batman can clear the elevator if he makes the first move and doesn’t hold back
