Yep, Batgirl generally has been outclassed by Rose. She only gets the upperhand from interference or cheapshots. I definitely can see the difference in skill between them though. Ravager is definitely one of the best h2h in DC. "
I dont even know where to start. Since when has Batgirl been "Generally" outclassed by Rose? They've fought twice. Batgirl won the first bout (without any cheap shots) and simply outmaneuvered Rose to the point of humiliation. When Rose looked to her father cause she was completely lost as to what to do, Batgirl slit her throat. Second fight Rose won and Batgirl was drugged. Not to mention this is the same series that had Nightwing "one shot" Batgirl even though her characters established durability makes this feat ridiculous. So how exactly does Rose outclass Batgirl? What has Rose ever done that outclasses Batgirl? Who has Rose ever defeated that makes her one of the best H2H fighters in the DCU? Her Encyclopedia entry says she's a "Skilled Martial Artist." Batgirl's (Cassandra Cain) says, "One of the Greatest Martial Artists In the World; A Deadly Master of nearly ALL forms of unarmed combat."
I like Ravager, she's a badass character. I've read several issues and bios pertaining to her so I'm curious what exactly she's done that puts her so far above Batgirl? @Klandicar said:

@Gambler: I like Ravager to but now that I've read most of Cassandra's appearances I can say that I believe without a doubt that Ravager doesn't stand a chance against Cassandra

For god's sake, this is utterly obvious, Cassandra wins for far too much. Beat Lady Shiva, Batman, Rose is good but even Dick or Tim could beat her, and Cass beat them, so yeah. Cass can even beat Batman or approach too, and Rose doesn't stands a chance, in that issue she was drugged plus too OOC :/.
It's not often I see a Klandiclar debate where I actually want to side with him over whomever he's arguing against, but he had me convinced and sold. I'd go with Ravager.
Bump. I still think Ravager wins. One fluky loss early in her career doesn't put Batgirl above her. She's beaten Batgirl since then in a rematch already.

In their first fight (which Batgirl won) Cassandra thought to herself that Rose would eventually kill her but their rematch got interrupted before Rose finished the job. I mean, Ravager was basically on top of her ready to cut her head off before someone saved Batgirl. Cass got the jump on her and was amped up on drugs to boot. Pretty clear what was going down there. Cass just doesn't have the tools to repeat the feat anymore now that Rose skilled up.
@baltoro: Cass never admitted that during their fight. It was quite clear she was well ahead of Rose.
Cass wasn't amped by drugs in their second encounter, that's absurd. She wasn't in her right mind and their brief fight got interrupted. There was no indication of who was gonna come out on top. Rose has no skill or speed feats to compare to Batgirl's. Rose would go down with barely any effort on Cass' part.
Rose is very skilled, but Cass is so much more skilled than her that it isn't even funny...and on their first fight on Batgirl #63 - Could've Been, Part One: Nowadays they were fighting evenly, despite Rose's body being hard to body-read, and Cass won by taking advantage of a distraction that she saw coming, when Rose looked at Slade, and Cass knew that she would do that...anyway, Cass wasn't trying to kill Rose while Rose was trying to kill Cass, Cass stabbed Rose on her neck in a non-fatal way, and she could have killed her but she didn't, for obvious reasons...and on their second fight, they were stallemating each other until their fight was interrupted, Cass even said: "we've done this before, i'm bettter than you"...also, Cass has better overall feats than Rose, including their showings against Deathstroke, Cass did better against Slade than Rose did, and in more occasions as well.
H2H: I don't know, but i think that Cassandra is better H2H combatant, she beats Shiva (she beats Deathstroke once)in only H2H, and Shiva is the deadliest assassin in the f**king world.
Sword fight: Rose is clearly better with the sword, so, she wins.
Strength:Rose is stronger, she has enhanced strength like his father and she can punch Cassie from the Teen Titans tower to the ocean.
Speed: Again, Rose is faster (running, not fighting) and she can escape from Cassie to recuperate.
Reflexes: Rose is faster, but Cassie has better reflexes. She can escape from bullets and punches from Batman.
Stats: Cassandra is said that she is in the Shiva's same class, that means that is better than Batman combat.
Feats:
Cassandra (best feat): Defeat Shiva in combat.
Rose (best feat): Fight Deathstroke.

In a temple: Rose takes this because in a temple there are some traditional weapons (like Katanas or thinks like that).
DOJO: Cassandra trains her body better in a DOJO, and training in Unarmed combat.

Well this is so difficult because they have their complete equipments:
Batgirl's equipment can explode Rose's head, but Rose can cut Batgirl's head with her Katanas.
In this case i go with...
Cassandra (with difficult) I go with Cassandra because her equipment and H2H skills are adequate to beat Rose, but not kill her.
