The Cave.  Hands down.  A museum of Batman's mementos, all the cool computer files, a JLA teleporter, all the gadgets, all the vehicles--the Cave has to win.  There's too much history and just plain cool stuff there.

Definitely the Batcave/Mansion. You don't have to share it with thousands of other people, and you won't get attacked every other day. Plus, Wayne Manor is pretty nice.

Gotta go wit dee cave. Who wants to share a high rise with Aunt May? (Besides Nobody of course :P)

Avengers got drinker Thor, Caps heroic stories of giving Hitler a KTFO, the lovable Falcon, Tony Stark party animal....plus babes like Wanda, Sersi, Ms Mavel, Crystal, Monica Rambeau, Wasp, Moondragon, Tigra....its a no contest even if we do have to listen to Aunt May's "Turn that loud music off"
