Doctor Doom has made a functioning time platform...that defies universal laws and has the capability to move forwards or backwards in time...one of Batman's strongest prep feat is probably a suit that almost defeats a mind-controlled justice league. I vote doom

Bat-god is Batman on the Mobius Chair. If you know anything about DC comics and what it can do, then Batman wins here.

That's true but Bruce has access to a lot of weaponry due to his JLA membership

Batman's best prep feat is Hellbat suit... which is basically Doom's standard equipment. Add magic and the strongest willpower and a better mind, Doom slaughter.

Conquer Superman vs. Conquer universes, physics, magic, time, and space... no contest.

Doesn't Mobius Chair make Batman omniscient? Because then, no matter who smart Doom is, Batman will know everything.

I don't know... Batman in the Mobius Chair didn't seem all that impressive to me. Maybe that was just due to the way Johns wrote him.

Do they know that Batman does not look like a Genius compare to Doom, destroyer of worlds, Universal dictator, sorcerer more powerful than Strange, a man who understands Vibranium even tho all Marvel Geniuses minus T'Challa don't know how to use it, owner of Celestial tech, time machine, black mystical arts, guy who build cosmic cube, took away power of Surfer, Galactus and even Beyonder? Of course they don't. Doom stomps with a word Martha. And he doesn't need Martha, face it Batman is baby compare to Doom.

Based on the feats that Doom has been able to achieve whilst he has had 'access' to preparation time and the technology that he has been able to build in such time; i'm going to have to give a solid 10/10 majority to Doom.

Mobius Chair gives Batman all the knowledge of the New Gods, considering they know nothing about Doctor Doom it should't really help

But in all seriousness, have you ever seen Batman building some super weapon without using other people's tech?

Cause I haven't and that would simply go against the concept of his character, he is supposed to be a master strategist, not an inventor like Hank Pym or Tony Stark, people who clearly have super intelligence

He didn't create the technology as far as I remember, he just put the suit together

He mentions that Ray Palmer provided the shrunken red suns to punch Superman and that he paid a literal fortune to have the suit being fast enough to tag Flash so I think it's safe to assume he had help from several sources

Knowing the answer to everything isn't that helpful if you don't have the resources, ability, to do so or even counter against.

A lord of a small nation on a planet with tech that makes Galactus-level characters his dawgs or guy sitting a chair that allows him to know anything and everything, including what his opponent is likely to do, and the ability to prepare against it?

Batman doesn't have the resources or ability? The guy was a billionaire business tycoon and super genius that could invent things to deal with god-tier beings before he sat in the hax Mobius chair of unlimited knowledge.

Name one thing he's built on Par with the Likes of DOc Doom, better yet name something he made to fight "god tier" characters.

Was only created by the help of the Justice League who are the ones that actually built it.

And It was killing him just to use it against a Darkseid who wasn't trying.

And? The point is, he was smart enough to come up with the designs for the Hellbat before sitting in a god-chair of unlimited knowledge. The point is, it was capable of going toe to toe. The point is, he had plenty of resources for such a venture before having unlimited knowledge to assist him in finding more resources.

Thats not the point, The point is Doom has made better without the help of others.
