This is an absolute mismatch in sasuke's favor. Even though Naruto as Hokage is far better in taijutsu than ever before and has gotten some nice feats, Sasuke has always been and always will be the superior one when it comes toBASE taijutsu.

This. Sasuke is missing a limb compared to their last battle. With no Sharingan and 1 arm missing, Sasuke's speed isn't going to help. Naruto also has Hashirama's Passive Regeneration combined with his insane Chakra Reserves that could even surpass Hashirama. Naruto stomp this Mid-Low Diff.

Sasuke was clowning Naruto in taijutsu early on and Naruto only countered Sasuke's chidori by timing out his sharingan with an unexpected surge of power. It has been pretty consistently shown since part 1 that Naruto has more raw power and endurance and that Sauce is more skilled. Sasuke has shown skill and analytical abilities above Naruto throughout throughout the series. Just look at Sauce Vs Danzo, Sauce Vs Itachi, duo Vs Madara, etc. The only decent skill showings for Naruto were against Pain IMO.
@xyzen: Except both of them were damn near completely drained at this point in the fight. Every time Naruto and Sauce had engaged in h2h previous to this Sauce obviously had the upper hand. That's ignoring the fact that Sauce has way better on panel skill feats than Naruto as well. Sasuke was literally a child prodigy like Itachi. Naruto on the other hand frequently relied on Kurama's massive charka reserves throughout the series. Like against Kimmimaro, Pain, Gaara, and Sauce(part 1).
@worldofruin6: VOTE 2 is the best fight to take feats from since they both have more experience at this point. And they're equal. It's very clear how equal they where in that fight. You act like Sasuke was gifted everything he has, Shairgan by birth, Chidori by Kakashi, CM by Orochimaru, MS by Itachi, EMS by Itachi... Yeah Kurama helped Naruto but Sasuke legit had the most help in the series.

They were only equal because Naruto was holding back and Sasuke absorded the chakrea from the 9 bijuu to amp himself

Naruto was actually stronger than Sauce at VOTE2. He was holding back and even stalemated Sasuke's amateratsu amped chidori with a basic rasengan after having his chakra drained. Sauce was also amped with Bijuu chakra for most of the fight.
None of what you listed is skill related. The fact is that Sasuke has affectively used his skill in battle way more than Naruto and has shown more intelligence. Naruto on the other hand has used raw force more than anything. Unless you can show skill and intelligence feats for Naruto on par with Sasuke.
@worldofruin6: I actually can show battle intelligence feats for Naruto that should but him on par with Sasuke. Naruto came up with the plan against Zabuza, pain, Kaguya, he noticed Obito's weakness first etc. Sasuke is more book smart though.
I don't know why people keep on saying Sasuke clowned Naruto in their taijutsu battle. That is IRRELEVANT here as Sasuke had his Sharingan activated. OP clearly states no sharingan and H2H only so Naruto wins this.
Naruto takes this, superior stamina, endurance, unpredictably taijutsu, and overwhelming strength. Like what others said above, Sasuke h2h feats was only with his Sharingan activated. Otherwise he featless without the Sharingan helping.
