BYM is useless against Kaguya and Madara, Adult Naruto will die while the two Juubi Jinchuruki will simply regenerate.

Until it was officially revealed that Isshiki posses Six path's Senjutsu, he has no counter against Madara's Limbo.

For now, Kaguya and Madara will win until the Boruto manga revealed new feats that will allow Isshiki and Naruto to change the outcome of battle.

Base on actual on panel feats, Uchiha Madara is several times stronger than Sasuke and Naruto.
