Literally nothing has happened in bleach for Ichigo to have been upgraded. It’s not like Ichigo fought some new stronger guy after Ywach. The series ended in 2016. The anime is just a adaption of the manga. So there is literally no new feat that will happen in 2021 anime either that will boost him to be able to hang with the latter. Unless the anime gives them a insane short timeframe for a feat

Naruto has been constantly getting stronger after 4th War. Canon EOS Ichigo has been at a consistent set power for like 4 years now. Which is Country + to Multi Continent.

Shikai Ichigo = Dangai = country lv

True Bankai Ichigo is arguably 100 times multiplier from Shikai. So true Bankai 100 times country level.

Merged Hollow is balancing Hollow + Quincy. Ichigo Quincy power is like a 10 times Bankai. Ichigo Hollow Power (Vasto Lorde) is stronger than a Bankai + Hollow Mask boost. So Vasto lorde is at least 20-25 times Shikai. So merged Hollow on top of Shikai is 30-35 x boost and 30-35 x country lv.

True Bankai + Merged Hollow = 130 - 135 x country lv.

But these are Headcanon numbers since I don’t know the actual boost of Vasto lorde.

But all the same is still wouldn’t be a big enough boost to surpass Naruto in power who scales above level for breaking tenseigan vessel, which had powerful enough chakra to survive the moon dropping on earth.

Also not to mention Naruto is a helluv a better fighter and more versatile to begin with.
