Piccolo was a Multi- Planetary + character in AP
Him kicking Frieza by surprise is not remotely comparable to to Kaguya getting tossed around and ragged dolled by Naurto head up including getting her armed ripped off
As I said before Teen SPSM Naruto was Multi Planet lv as well. And Kaguya loses power every time she dimension swapped.
On earth she was 100%
on lava planet she was 80%
on ice Planet she was 60%
on gravity she was 40%
on core she was 20%
Every planet naruto became more and more relevant in power and speed to Kaguya. Multi Planet lv compared to someone who is dwarf star lv at 20% isn’t a huge deal especially when you consider piccolo was multi planet and Frieza was small star lv while naruto was multi planet and Kaguya was dwarf star lv
To greater extent then that, you have Boruto who can send Momoshiki to the ground with his Vanishing Rasegan
PIS and a Outlier for Boruto who isn’t a god tier
You can't just scale Naruto to large planetary with no feats to support it. That's not how it works
The feat:
Creation of time spaces with a dwarf Star that’s done with their own energy and people being able to kill them and overpower their energy
His literal best showing was country level. Scaling gets him to continental
AP > DC.
8 Gates best DC feat is way weaker than his 7 Gates feat with hirudora that dwarfed turtle island. But we know 8 gates > 7
Kaguya doesn't scale to ESTB.
Kaguya had more energy revived than last min ETSB
And that’s like saying Momoshiki doesn’t scale to his time space creation or ETSB
