Assuming they are in their respective primes, Cognus stomps. Presumably, she would have surpassed Zannah who herself had some level of parity with Bane.

DOE Cognus ( when she was still “the huntress”) loses.

Huntress Cognus probably loses. Anytime after her training with Zannah she would win.

She was immensely impressive while still an assassin, and we know almost everything about Darth Zannah, whom Cognus would have surpassed in her inevitable prime. So, It's really quite simple. Whatever Zannah has, make it slightly better, and that's how good prime Cognus is.
