All Might ain't one-shotting someone he can't touch, and he certainly doesn't one-shot someone who, while past his prime, can withstand multiple blows from a Garou with superior AP than Darkshine.

What makes you think that? Bang and Bomb constantly talk about how their old age doesn't allow for them to have good stamina or sharper senses.

No brain? You do know that Garou's version of explosive release fist, which was incomplete, was capable of matching Bang's WSRSF, right? Bang was still incredibly skilled regardless of the technique being offensive over defensive.

Bang can go all out but he isn't scratching All Might with his low AP, and Bang also is a lot slower than All Might.

Neither prime All Might, nor prime Bang have any actual feats.

And as for Band vs All Might it's been done to death, and Bang wins. Even mid-tier demon level monsters like Deep Sea King would probably beat All Might without too much trouble. Bang is on a whole other tier, fighting Above Dragons like Monster Garou and going toe to toe against them.

Puri Puri vs Allmight would be a lot closer. That would be actually worth a deeper look.

You know, except for scaling to and above characters who have building level and higher feats as well as boasting durability feats far above building level in weaker states. Featwise, Garou has had building level striking ever since his human form.

It was the height of his "career" and fame. And I'm assuming it's what he's referring to as his prime. But I think when he refers to his prime, it's more about him not having "old-man problems" with joints and muscles 😅. As his technique is at a peak when he's older, but his body is also older.

Not even close. But that's not how he wins. He's faster and as you mentioned, in a different league of skill.
