Bane seems to be placed in higher tiers than he warrants often. He really has no shot at beating Black Manta in any credible scenario. BM simply outclasses him. Stronger, faster, and likely more vicious.

Round 1: Current Black Manta can tank punches from Aquaman. He will laugh off any hits from Bane in unarmed combat. BM would easily oneshot Bane.

Round 2: Bane loses his arms.

@foxerdes: Yes but both would destroy Bane. Deathstroke's New 52 and Rebirth armor in adition to his superhuman stats and weapons put him tiers above Bane, like Black Manta.
