Bane off venom vs The Kingpin (h2h fight to the death)

Without his favorite Venom drug, does the prisoner from Santa Prisca have enough skill and strength to take on the monstrous Wilson Fisk in a fair, straight up fist fight? Or will he be crushed like many others? How strong and skilled is Bane really without his drug?

Rules: h2h fight to the death. Both combatants have 3 months to prepare, study how the other man fights and train for the fight.

They are about equal in strength, with Kingpin having an edge in durability. But I believe Bane’s speed, skill and intelligence will eventually edge him out, after a brutal fight that is. All of these are assuming neither Bane or Kingpin are jobbing

Without Venom Bane is just a hardened thug.
