Not really. Black Adam is about as strong and potentially stronger than Superman, but when Darkseid has been written the way he should be written, Superman's attacks have barely been able to phase Darkseid and Darkseid has been able to beat Superman with ease. He once smacked Superman and made him bleed and he nearly knocked Superboy out with one punch.

In Post-Crisis, Darkseid lost to Superman only twice and both instances were heavily plot-influenced. The first time was in Apokolips Now where Superman was somehow able to deflect his omega beams with his heat vision and somehow made him hit himself with his own beams which was just PIS and Darkseid didn't use half of his powers at all. The second was in Superman Batman 13 when Superman was amped by the sun and threw him into the Source Wall. Without plot, Darkseid beats Superman easily. Either Cap or Adam could beat Kalibak, but Darkseid could solo both of them anyway.
@demifiend: Using a comic full of bad writing doesn't help. I can go get a bunch of low showings for Captain Marvel and Black Adam. Being canon doesn't make it legit either.
