If Azula keeps her distance and tries to take out Po from afar. She wins. But if Po actually manages to hit her she's done.

I think Po would probably one shot her before she has a chance to use her abilities.

The Dragon Warrior knows no bounds. Po wins unless Azula manages to hit him directly with lightning or fire, which is unlikely considering that she will need a lot of range to do so and Po will likely close the distance and beat her outright in H2H.

Azula for a solid majority because of her comic feats.

Azula, Po's energy and heat durability isn't all that great IIRC. She's a master of the range game as well, technically Po could get a win on her, but her ability set is just imo generally superior to Po's.
